Terms & Condition

1. Strictly for Serious Buyer.
2. No cancellation after payment has been made. 
3. Booking will be cancelled after 48 hours (2 days) if payment have not been made.
4. Exchanges are applicable to the purchase of more than RM 200 only. If for any particular reasons you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 24 hours from the date of receipt subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:

- Exchanged items must be unsoiled, unwashed and unstained. 

- Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a resellable condition 

- Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges 

- Returned Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.  

Regret to say that we cannot be responsible for loss or damaged item on on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly before sending it back to us by post or by hand. Thank you.
